Change Over Days
The first day and last day of an occupied period are regarded as change over days.
Arrival and departure times are flexible and you will be notified of the specific times nearer your stay.
On change over days, a period for cleaning and laundry services is required. However during quiet periods we try to arrange for these services to be carried out at a later date, allowing you to occupy the house for a few more hours. If applicable, this extra period would be granted as a goodwill gesture, 'free' of charge.
